This 7th edition of CIPAM (International Congress on aromatic and medicinal plants) is organized for the first time in France. The 6 previous editions were organized in Portugal, Tunisia, Algeria, Italy and Morocco (2 times). These events were initiated following the creation of the Euro Maghreb Network of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants (REMAPAM) in 2009 in Marrakech.

This network has been able to create two journals: Arabian Journal of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (AJMAP, www.ajmap.org) and Journal of Applied Chemistry and Environment Protection (JACEP) www.http: //revues.imist.ma/jacep.

The themes of this congress will be related to the valorization of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants in various fields (pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agro-food, agriculture...).
